The RIBES project continues to make strides in advancing its key initiatives, and today we are excited to share updates from our latest internal meeting focused on the development of the Multi-actor Transformative Forums (MTFs). These forums play a central role in fostering collaboration and innovation across our nine target regions, bringing together stakeholders from diverse sectors including policy, academia, businesses, and civil society.
Guided by our expert partner, Q-PLAN INTERNATIONAL, the MTFs are evolving into dynamic platforms where stakeholders co-create solutions that accelerate the circular bioeconomy and promote sustainable rural development. The ongoing activities mark an important step forward in enhancing collaboration and ensuring that regional actors are empowered to drive meaningful change.
During the meeting, the MTF managers actively engaged by asking key questions and providing insights on how best to involve local stakeholders in the decision-making process. This productive exchange of ideas helped refine the strategic approach to the MTFs, ensuring that these forums not only address regional needs but also foster inclusive and innovative practices. The open dialogue highlighted the importance of collaboration across sectors and regions to achieve sustainable solutions.
These forums are designed to address local challenges while building a strong network of regional and European stakeholders, ensuring the RIBES project’s objectives are achieved through shared knowledge and innovation.
